Seth Task

Seth (CRS, Green, C2EX, CNHS, AHWD) has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2005 and started The Task Team the following year.

His passion for improving the quality of his clients’ lives, the rights of homeowners, and the industry in which he serves has fueled his service at every level of the REALTOR® associations, including as President of both Ohio REALTORS® in 2021 and Akron Cleveland Association of REALTORS® in 2014. At the National Association of REALTORS®, Seth has served on the Board of Directors since 2016, was part of the Leadership Academy, chaired both the Federal Financing & Housing Policy and the Conventional Financing committees, and most recently served on the Extended Leadership team as the Public & Federal Issues Liaison.

Seth has appeared before the Federal Reserve Bank, FHFA, the Veterans Administration, Rural Housing Services, and the Department of Housing and Urban Development as an expert in his field. He is a member of the NAR RPAC Hall of Fame and the Ohio REALTORS® RPAC Hall of Honor. Seth was named Ohio REALTOR® of the Year (2017). 

In the community, Seth has served on the Boards of Neighborhood Housing Services of Greater Cleveland as well as Future Heights. He recently founded Rebuild Cleveland, a private company spearheading modular construction in Greater Cleveland. Additionally, Seth serves the Gates Mills Elementary School Parent Teacher Club.

Seth attended Northwestern University, enjoyed a previous career in the restaurant business (and as the Cleveland Browns mascot!) and currently resides in Gates Mills, OH with his wife Lesley and sons Ryan and Elliot. His daughter Madison is a graduate of The Ohio State University and resides in Brooklyn, NY.
