Yes! We have many long time investor clients who rely on us for various aspects of portfolio management. Just a quick note: investors must meet a minimum standard of professionalism and care for our community. We do not work with "slumlords", absentee landlords, etc. and will terminate services if laws and basic standards are not met. We are more than happy to help folks get up to speed on local regulations and connect with contractors/partners to solve any issues that may arise!

We believe everyone deserves a safe, stable place to call home. We do not have a minimum value threshold and work with clients of all income levels - from voucher recipients to multimillionaires - to help folks find their dream home. Yes! Living out our team's mission and values includes giving back to our community in ways large and small. Whether we're giving away free coffee at local small businesses or volunteering to provide homebuyer education in local high schools, our team truly cares about making a difference in Greater Cleveland.

One of our newer community involvement strategies is the Task Team Giving Program, through which we donate a portion of each sale's proceeds to a nonprofit partner of the client's choice. Our current partners are Humble Design Cleveland (which furnishes and decorates homes for families leaving homelessness), The Gathering Place (which provides cancer resources and support) and the Sunshine Kids Foundation (which helps children battling cancer). We have a special connection to each of these causes and are honored to support them with you.

We provide additional financial and in-kind support to many ad hoc events such as housing resource fairs, community development corporation fundraisers, and more.
